Please be on time — sessions run back to back. Plenty of free parking nearby.
Booking policy
Cancelling or rescheduling
Give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule for free. Bookings made within 24 hours of the appointment can’t be cancelled or rescheduled without approval, so please only book if you’re sure you can make it.
Late arrivals & no-shows
Late arrivals may get a shorter session or be treated as a no-show. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) and missed appointments may be charged the full session price, as the time was reserved for you.
If we need to reschedule
In rare cases (weather, illness, equipment or venue issues) we may need to move your booking. We’ll contact you as soon as possible to find another time.

Our Adelaide pop-up will be held Glenelg North in a rented space. The full address will be sent in your booking confirmation via email.
Please arrive on time, as sessions are booked back to back. If you’re running late, please call us as soon as possible.

Your session is very quick and relaxed. We’ll photograph your iris, then you’ll be able to view your images and choose your favourite designs.
For this pop-up, we won’t be offering on-the-spot prints. However, you’ll still be able to order ready-to-hang framed artwork shipped to you, and you’ll also get to see our new product options, including acrylic and canvas.
Please book two back to back slots if you are booking in for a group of 4 or more people.

Booking Policy
We understand that plans can change, so please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session for free.
If you make a booking within 24 hours of your appointment time, please only book if you are sure you can attend, as short-notice bookings cannot be cancelled or rescheduled without approval.
Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may be treated as a no-show. As this time has been reserved specifically for you, a $50 cancelation/no show fee will apply.

In rare cases, we may need to reschedule or cancel a booking due to reasons outside of our control, such as illness, equipment issues, venue access, or other unexpected circumstances. If this happens, we’ll contact you as soon as possible and do our best to arrange another suitable time.
